Our markashack platform operates under a set of terms that govern account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. These terms apply to all account holders and are designed to ensure fair treatment, transparent operations, and compliance with local law where our service is available.

When you open a markashack account, you agree to our terms. These cover your responsibilities as a user, our obligations to you, how we handle disputes, and the conditions under which we may suspend or close your account. We set these terms to protect both our platform and our account holders.

Account suspension and closure on markashack

We may suspend or close your markashack account immediately if we detect fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or breach of our terms. We may also suspend your account if local regulation requires it or if you request closure yourself.

If we suspend your account, any balance remaining is held in escrow. If the suspension is temporary (pending investigation), your balance is released when the suspension is lifted. If we close your account permanently due to breach of terms, we refund your balance to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any outstanding disputes or chargebacks.

You may request account closure at any time via support. Provide a reason if you wish; it is optional. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened. Any remaining balance is refunded to your payment method within 10 business days.

Our markashack dispute resolution process

If you believe a transaction is incorrect, a game result is wrong, or a withdrawal failed, report it to our support team via live chat or email. Provide the transaction ID, game ID, or other relevant details. Our team investigates within 48 hours and responds with findings.

For game disputes, we review video footage (available for 30 days). If we find an error, we credit your account immediately. For withdrawal disputes, we check with our payment provider. If the transfer failed on our end, we reprocess it. If it failed on the provider's end, we contact them for a trace.

These terms, together with our privacy policy and any additional rules displayed in-table or in-market, constitute the entire agreement between you and markashack. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
